2.5 Control System:

d. Microcomputer P.I.D automatic calculation to control the
saturated steam temperature.
e. Manual water inlet valve (automatic replenishment function,
continuous test without stopping)
2.6 Mechanical Structure:
a. Round inner box, stainless steel round test inner box structure,
in line with industrial safety container standards, can prevent dew
condensation and dripping design during the test.
b. Circular lining, stainless steel circular lining design, can
avoid steam latent heat directly impacting the test sample.
c. Precise design, good air-tightness, low water consumption,
continuous operation of 400Hrs each time adding water.
d.The patented packing design makes the door and the box more
closely combined, which is completely different from the
traditional extrusion type, which can prolong the packing life.
e. Critical point LIMIT mode automatic safety protection, abnormal
cause and fault indicator display
