Product Usage:
Used to detect the protective performance of the appliance (IPX8)
with waterproof performance requirements.
IPX8 prevents water intrusion during sunk and prevents the effects
of diving; in the case of indefinite sinking of equipment and early
designation of water pressure, it can ensure that damage is not
caused by water ingress;
IPX8 continuous diving test; test equipment: test conditions and
test time according to industry standards. Its severity should be
higher than IPX7;
Application range:
The main function of the equipment is to test the physical and
other related properties of electronic and electrical products,
lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles,
motorcycles and their parts under simulated rain conditions. After
the test, it is judged whether the performance of the product meets
the requirements, so as to facilitate the design, improvement,
verification and factory inspection of the product.

Complies with IEC60529:2001 "DeSCees of protection provided by
enclosures (IP Code)", GB4208-2008 "Enclosure Protection Level (IP
Code)" 14.2.8 and GB7000.1 "Lamps Part 1: General Requirements and
Tests" 9.2.9 Terms and conditions.
Features:
1. Applicable to IPX8 testing of products.
2, IPX8 pressure immersion test device tanks all use SUS304 #
stainless steel plate high-precision overall sub-arc welding, outer
mirror polishing, inner layer rough throw, beautiful appearance,
convenient cleaning and durability.
3, special silicone sealing ring (elasticity, never aging, the tube
used for ten years).
4, the electronic control components are all imported LG,
Panasonic, Omron, Anliang and other brands.
5, time control function, set the time 0-999 minutes, automatically
stop when the set time is reached, and automatically drain the air
inside the tank, the tester can open the can lid to take out the
test sample.
6. The bottom of the tank body has a water inlet valve and a drain
valve, and a 5 meter water hose is provided.
7, the base is equipped with 4 activities with brake casters, easy
to move.
8. Manual type--Use the domestic big brand "Red Flag" brand
pressure gauge (surface diameter 100mmm, accuracy 1.6) to display
the pressure inside the tank. During the operation, the pressure in
the tank is controlled by manually adjusting the pressure
regulating valve. With the voltage regulation function, the test
pressure can be maintained consistently after adjusting the
pressure.
9, automatic type - using the imported Panasonic brand "pressure
sensor" to automatically control the test pressure inside the tank,
control accuracy ± 0.002Mpa, display accuracy of 0.001Mpa.
