GB/T16491-1996 LCD Display Single Column Tensile Testing Machine
Economical Floor-standing Electronic Display Single Column Tensile
Testing Machine
Equipment Summary:
The Fabric Tear Strength Testing Machine is a simple, structurally
efficient machine designed for easy operation on a worktable.
Utilizing electronic control systems, it employs a load sensor that
moves vertically via motor rotation, transmission machinery, and
T-screws to test tension or compression. This machine is
straightforward to operate and particularly suitable for quality
control in production lines. It is primarily used for testing
non-metallic and metallic materials with loads less than 1KN.
Main Functions
The Fabric Tear Strength Testing Machine can perform tests on
various materials including:
- Tensile testing
- Compression testing
- Bending testing
- Shear testing
- Peel testing
- Tear testing
- Two-point extension (with extensometer)
It is ideal for quality control of materials such as textiles,
rubber, plastics, synthetic leather, tape, adhesives, plastic film,
composite materials, electronics, and metals.

The machine features an imported photoelectric encoder for
displacement measurement. The controller uses an embedded
single-chip microcomputer structure with built-in measurement and
control software that integrates measurement, control, calculation,
and storage functions. Capabilities include automatic calculation
of stress, elongation (with extensometer), tensile strength,
modulus of elasticity, and automatic statistical results. It
automatically records maximum point, breaking point, and designated
point force or elongation. Computer testing provides dynamic
display of the testing process and test curves with data
processing. After testing, the graph processing module allows curve
enlargement for data analysis and editing, with report printing
functionality. The product performance meets international advanced
standards.
Additional Features:- Built-in thermal printer for automatic test result output
- Storage for 10 testing results with automatic average calculation
- Automatic capture of maximum force and force at break
