The system utilizes imported photoelectric encoders for displacement measurement, with the controller featuring an embedded single-chip microcomputer structure. Built-in powerful measurement and control software integrates measurement, control, calculation, and storage functions. Capabilities include automatic calculation of stress, elongation (extensometer required), tensile strength, and modulus of elasticity, along with automatic statistical results recording. The system automatically records maximum point, breaking point, and designated point force values or elongation. Computer testing provides dynamic display of test processes and curves with data processing.
