Introduction:
The 300KN Servo 2 Column Tensile Universal Testing Machine is primarily used for testing mechanical properties of metal and non-metal materials including tensile strength, compression, and bending. With additional shear attachments, it can also perform shear testing. The machine is equipped with computers, printers, electronic extensometers, universal testing optical encoders, and software, enabling accurate determination of metal material properties such as tensile strength, yield strength, non-proportional extension strength, elongation, and modulus.

The hydraulic system operates by drawing oil through a filter screen into the pump. The oil is then transported through petroleum pipelines to the oil valve. When the hand wheel is turned to release oil, the oil pressure pushes the piston, and the oil returns to the tank through the return pipe. When the hand wheel is opened to receive oil, the working fluid enters the fuel tank through tubing, with pressure tubing and oil return valve directing flow back to the tank.
