Summary:
The use of single-chip control, including: host, temperature
measurement, temperature control, data acquisition and processing,
sensors and electrical interlocking and other components. The
measurement and temperature control circuit consists of a
temperature controller, a platinum resistor, and a heater. It can
automatically track changes in the power grid and ambient
temperature, automatically correct PID parameters, and achieve
rapid and accurate temperature control. The data acquisition system
and the electromechanical chain complete the automatic detection of
the torque signal of the rubber vulcanization process, automatic
real-time display of temperature and set values. After
vulcanization is completed, automatic processing, automatic
calculation, printing vulcanization curve and process parameters.
