Warranty Statement

Return Policy

Customers must retain damaged merchandise, package, and shipping containers until claim is settled. Damage in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier, and claims beyond this 7-day period will not be deemed valid by ZhongLi.

Breakage and Returns

Zhongli accepts returns for refund within 30 days of order shipment. Returns must be acknowledged by ZhongLi PRIOR to return. All packages sent to Zhongli MUST have the initial sales invoice number clearly printed on the outside. Returns must be in original packaging with sufficient packing material. Modified or installed items will not be accepted for return.
