50KN Computer Servo Plastic Tube Ring Stiffness Test Equipment
The ring stiffness test equipment is widely used for thermoplastic
plastic tubing with circular cross sections and stiffness testing
for grass steel tubes. This tester meets standard requirements for
PE arms bellows, winding pipes, and various tubular product
standards, while also performing tubular product ring stiffness,
ring flexibility, flat, and tensile tests. Features include key
adjustment, digital display for test force displacement, value
keeping, automatic stop on break, and overflow/overload automatic
protection.
Testing Principle
The principle of ring stiffness test equipment involves measuring
testing values and deformation values of tubular products under
constant deformation. Commonly used for water seepage drainage
pipes, discharge pipes, irrigation pipes, mud pipes, and
communication protection tubes.
Main Function
Suitable for testing metal and non-metal materials including
rubber, plastic, wire cable, optical fibre and cable, safety belt,
leather belt composite, plastic material, waterproof roll, steel
tube, proximate material, spring steel, ball bearing steel,
stainless steel (and other high-duty steels), casting, steel plate,
steel belt for tensile, compression, bending, cut, stripping, tear,
and two-point extension (requires additional extensometer).
