Performance Introduction:
1), Pipe Hydraulic Bursting Tester Each road has a“microcomputer
control unit”(real branch control—prevent from influencing all of
the roads if use a set of system control many roads and have
problems—now some instrument uses a set of system controls many
roads )to have microcomputer control, and the parameters like
pressure, accuracy, time of the road can be set and control
independently in the case of high-position system computer shut
down, real time display pressure, time, status(eight)and store each
parameter.(In case pressure data lost when system computer off
line—now for some instruments, when the computer is offline, there
will be no data, thus the tests done in this period are in vain);
at the same time, judge 8 test status, i.e, pressure rise,pressure
supplement,decompression, over pressure, working, finish, leakage
and burst;automatic distinguish time parameters like“effective test
time”“ineffective time”“ remaining time”.Meanwhile automatic adjust
the relationship between“set time”and “effective time”, enable the
test stop automatically when the “effective time”reaches “set
time”(in case the system in the “fault time” and “ineffective
time”stop before it reaches the time during nights and holidays ).
2). Magnetic valve, each road has two branches. Thanks to advanced
pressure method synchronize with Germany and Denmark, a pressure
rise and supplement electric valve can respectively change
operating frequency and time according to program and test, so that
quick and accurate pressure supplement can be realized for large
caliber PE sample. Thus the instrument can be widely used(r20—r630
PE pipe)and has high accuracy of pressure control(superior to±1%,
maximum can reach ±0.001Mpa)
3). A set of water pressure station imported from Denmark is
superior to homemade water pressure test pump and gas drive water
pump(use gas to drive water) equipped by some manufactures which
has large flow and good performance,as well as longer service life
and low noise, and air pump is not required.
4). Pipe Hydraulic Bursting Tester Each road has a high precision
sensor from the department of space guarantees 0.001Mpa resolution
and highest press accuracy can reach set value±0.001Mpa.
