Tester Introduction:
The machine seals and tests the rubber surface of the shoe (boot)
through inflation and soaking processes. During the test, the test item is sealed with a local pressure
device and the test item is immersed in the water to the depth
specified by the device. At the same time, the test specimen is filled with air under
constant pressure and bubbles form as soon as the test specimen
penetrates water. Test the time (seconds) that is automatically attached to the
surface with the sample.
Inflation method:
The test shoe boots mouth seal, filled with quantitative air
immersed in water, the water surface and shoes (boots) mouth less
than 75 mm, after a period of time, observe the shoes (boots)
surface bubble formation.
Immersion method: The test shoes (boots) immersed in water, so that
the surface of the shoes and boots (boots) distance less than 75
mm, after a period of immersion, remove and check the shoes (boots)
infiltration of water.

finished product.
