What's the warranty statement?
ZhongLi warrants all the products manufactured by Zhongli to free
from defects in material and workmanship
under normal use of a period of 12 months or 36months after the
date of the original purchase price if repair
or replacement is not possible of practical, Zhongli warranty
covers ONLY the product itself.
ZhongLi will assume no liability for labor costs, installation
costs, or other losses. Your warranty rights will be honored
only when the product has been installed and used properly as
deemed by ZhongLi , ZhongLi will not repair products
damaged by improper use or faulty installation.
What's the return policy?
All order shipments leave our factory complete and in working
order, customer must report and damage within 7days of
receipt of order by sending digital photographs(.JPG) of damaged
items. Customer must retain damaged merchandise,
package and shipping containers until claim had been settled.
Damage in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier,
and any claim beyond this 7days period will not be deemed valid by
ZhongLi .
How about in case of breakage?
ZhongLi will accept returns for a refund within 30days of the
shipment of your order. Please note

All packages sent to ZhongLi MUST have the initial sales invoice
number issued and printed clearly on the outsite of
package, A lack thereof will result in the item being immediately

be accepted for return.
