mixing, such as PVC, color master batch. It consists of roll,
bearing, gap adjusting device, electric control system, safety

How to mix the rubber compound with various compounding agents
evenly?
In the rubber mixing process, the open mill mainly relies on two
relatively rotating rollers to extrude and shear the rubber. The
molecular chain is broken, so that the various ingredients in the
formula are evenly blended, and finally the purpose of rubber
mixing is achieved. The film discharged from the roller gap is
wrapped on one roller due to the difference in the surface speed
and temperature of the two rollers, and then returns to the two
rollers again, so as to reciprocate many times to complete the
rubber mixing. During plasticizing, the molecular chain of rubber
is changed from long to short, and the elasticity is changed from
large to small; during mixing, the surface of each component of the
rubber compound is continuously updated and uniformly mixed. On an
open mill operated intermittently, the rubber material passes
through the rollers several times after feeding, and finally cuts
off the sheet.
