Application:
It is widely used in rubbers and plastics industry for polymer
mixing, such as PVC, color master batch. It consists of roll,
bearing, gap adjusting device, electric control system, safety
device, etc.

Introduction to the basic technological process of rubber
Cutting
According to the weight and size of the product, cut into strips of
different sizes and weights, and wait for molding and
vulcanization.
Forming vulcanization
Put the cut strip raw materials into the mold, and melt the raw
materials in the mold through the high temperature of the molding
machine.
Burr treatment
Separate the burrs from the product, including manual plucking and
mechanical burrs.
Overhaul
Through manual selection, the products with poor appearance are
selected. The poor appearance mainly includes burrs, dirty molds,
undercookedness, lack of materials, and blistering.
Packaging
Shipping According to different sizes, packages are shipped in
different quantities.
