ZhongLi Warranty: All products manufactured by ZhongLi are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 or 36 months from the date of original purchase, depending on product type. This warranty covers only the product itself and excludes labor costs, installation expenses, or other related losses.

Customers must report any shipping damage within 7 days of receipt by providing digital photographs (.JPG format) of damaged items. Retain all damaged merchandise, packaging, and shipping containers until the claim is settled. Damage in transit remains the carrier's responsibility.

ZhongLi accepts returns for refund within 30 days of shipment, subject to the following conditions:

• Contact your sales representative for return authorization
• Original sales invoice number must be clearly printed on return package
