mixing, such as PVC, color master batch. It consists of roll,
bearing, gap adjusting device, electric control system, safety
device, etc.

Introduction:
2-cylindrical tire mixer has excellent chemicals, such as natural
rubber, synthetic rubber and EVA series.PVC is mainly used for
natural rubber and synthetic rubber.
Feature:
1. We can design speed ratio as per customers' formula and
processing requirements.
2. Construction of mill rolls: drilled roll, bored roll, grooved
roll
3. Rolls material is chilled cast alloy iron which hardness is
reach to 70HB.
4. Frame, frame cap and base are welded and treated by annealing
for stress relieving.
Intelligent control panel and PLC control system
(1) Real-time recording and output in conjunction with time,
temperature (mixing chamber and front and rear rotators), piston
pressure, current and conversion.
(2) The control system can be set as 20-step mixing phase, which
can save 20-prescriptions.
(3) The control system can introduce process recipes and remote
data monitoring and communicate with MES via Ethernet communication
interface.
(4) Reserve Ethernet communication port and 20% checkpoints and
provide touch screen.
