Application:
It is widely used in rubbers and plastics industry for polymer
mixing, such as PVC, color master batch. It consists of roll,
bearing, gap adjusting device, electric control system, safety
device, etc.

Introduction:
On the newly opened mill, the hard-tooth surface reducer is used
for transmission to make the transmission stable and reduce noise;
the self-aligning roller bearing is used to fill the MC nylon
transmission structure, which has overload protection, adjustable
distance, and adjustable hydraulic pressure to indicate the working
pressure value; In order to meet the requirements of the mixing
process, the drum of the large open mill is equipped with
circumferential drilling to improve the temperature control effect.
In addition, for the convenience of installation, rubber vibration
pads are used instead of anchor bolts; electrical braking is used
in small and medium-sized open mills to simplify the braking device
and improve the braking effect. A series of improvements to the
mill have brought it to a new level in technology.
