Working Principle Editor:
Heating system uses completely independent nickel-chromium alloy
electric heating type, resistivity, resistance temperature
coefficient is small, deformation at high temperatures is small and
not easy to embrittlement, their own heating temperature up to 1000
~ 1500 ℃, long service life.
Humidification is a constant temperature and humidity test chamber
is different from the most important part of the high and low
temperature test chamber, constant temperature and humidity test
chamber using external isolation type, all stainless steel boiler
type shallow surface evaporation type humidifier. Dehumidification
method uses mechanical refrigeration dehumidification, cooling the
air to below the dew point temperature, so that the water vapor
greater than the saturation moisture content condensation
precipitation, so as to reduce the humidity.
Air supply circulation system: The air circulation system consists
of a temperature-resistant, low-noise air-conditioning-type motor
and a multileaf centrifugal wind wheel. It provides the circulation
of air in the testing machine.

of the tester use PID control, and a few use PID and fuzzy control

process, generally will not have problems.
