Main purpose
It is produced according to relevant helmet standards and is mainly
used to test the stiffness performance of various helmets such as
motorcycle helmets, sports helmets, electric vehicle helmets, fire
helmets, rescue helmets, military and police helmets, and pilot
helmets. It is widely used in related production, scientific
research, quality supervision and testing units of various helmets.
Main features
1. The main unit structure is single-column structure, moving up
and down linearly
2. The test process is controlled by touch screen + PLC + special
test program. The program is automatically controlled, using a
dedicated motor and controller, and the speed does not need to be
manually adjusted. The program is automatically adjusted according
to the test situation, and the test data and results are
automatically judged and processed.
3. Test hold The test procedure is automatically closed-loop
controlled, and the constant force value is automatically
maintained for 2 minutes. There is no need to manually adjust
according to the change of the force value.
4. Real-time display of force value, time, displacement,
deformation, speed, test curve, etc. during the test.
5. Different standards and helmet configurations are slightly
different, and the specific configurations are subject to actual
purchases.
