Brief Introduction:
Electric pencil hardness testing machine is used to test coating
hardness of all kinds of finished products. Such as mobile phone
shell, MP3 / MP4 shell, notebook computer shell and other digital
products shell. The machine adopts electric control and it drives
by an AC adjustable speed motor, to achieve movement left and
right, low noise, stable.
Usage:
Please use hardness pencil scratch surface of the coating to test
surface hardness of the coating. Fixing the hardness pencil to 45 °
angle, and make the front head of the pencil contact with surface
of the coating with proper load. Moving the test platform to make
surface of the coating move and pass the front head of the pencil
in accordance with a certain speed (JIS standard 0.5 mm/s), then
the most soft pencil hardness level which cause no damage
(scratches) can be regarded as hardness of the coating layer.
