This high-precision automatic melt flow rate meter tester determines the Melt Flow Rate (MFR) and Melt Volume Rate (MVR) values of various plastics and resins in viscous flow state. The instrument measures material flow through a standard die every 10 minutes under specific temperature and load conditions.

Applications include testing melt temperature of engineering plastics such as polycarbonate, polyarylsulfone, fluoroplastics, and nylon, as well as lower melting temperature plastics including polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), ABS resin, polyformaldehyde (POM), and polycarbonate (PC) resin.
