uniform granular materials. Its working principle is to use a
high-speed rotating drum to squeeze, friction, heat, and mix
materials, ultimately forming the required granular material.
Feeding:
1. Open the feeding port of the mixer and pour the materials to be
added into the drum.
2. Adjust the feeding speed and amount according to the required
particle size and uniformity.
3. Close the feeding port and wait for the materials to be added.
Unloading:
1. Open the discharge port of the mixer and pour the material to be
discharged into the discharge port.
2. Adjust the unloading speed and amount according to the required
particle size and uniformity.
3. Close the discharge port and wait for the material to be
discharged completely.
Matters needing attention:
1. When adding materials, ensure that there is enough space inside
the drum to avoid excessive or insufficient material.
2. When unloading, ensure that the unloading port is unobstructed
to avoid material blockage.
3. When using the mixer, it is necessary to regularly check the
operation of the equipment, maintain and upkeep it in a timely
manner, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
4. When operating the mixer, it is necessary to wear personal
protective equipment, such as protective goggles, gloves, masks,
etc., to avoid accidental injury.
