Description of Use
This tester provides high and low temperature simulation
environments to test material properties and strength degradation
of rubber, plastic, and electronic products before and after
testing. It can simulate container environments to detect color
fading and shrinkage in rubber and plastic under high temperature
and humidity conditions. Suitable for testing heat resistance, cold
resistance, dry resistance, and humidity resistance of various
materials. Applications include electronics, electrical appliances,
batteries, universities, research institutes, inspection bureaus,
paper products, food, vehicles, automotive parts, metals,
chemicals, building materials, and quality control testing.

Box Structure
Structure Form
Divided into three sections: test room, electronic control cabinet,
and machine warehouse. The test room is located in the upper left
section with insulated liner and single-door entry. The electronic
control cabinet is on the right side with temperature controllers,
switches, and protection indicators. The machine warehouse is below
the test room, containing filters, solenoid valves, wiring,
compressors, and other components.
